//// Old shreds

I still like this T-shirt. It is one of the two I shredded in the end of last summer. It is such an item that it does not necessarily need that much accompaniment. The webby texture shows up nicely against the pale blue Cheap Monday jeans. I changed the Rützou wedges to DrMartens before going out — but actually the knee feels better in heels. Maybe I have permanently altered my physique for wearing heels…
Sorry, I forgot to change the auto focus mode… …all my front pics were focused everywhere else except on me…

Just earlier today I was cleaning up my closet and eyeing on my shredded tee, which is actually a vest at the moment. I made a firm deal with myself to wear it as soon as I don’t have to worry about jackets. ^^ Love yours!

are u serious?! I don’t know how you got your tee to shred so well! It seems that I can only get mine to shred in two to three inch segments. I have watched the tutorials and don’t know what I’m doing wrong. Is there a secret I don’t know? it sure is fun though!! yours is absolutely divine!

Shredded T:s are great… …except that they don’t agree with jewelry. I had two more bracelets on, but I had to take them off, they were tangling to the shirt all the time
It took two evenings to shred this… …and too much attention for good TV-content — so it was two evenings with crappy entertainment and gradually shortening nails! The beginning was the hardest, after the whole width of the T was shred it went bit easier. Another T I shred had some viscose content and it was much easier to unravel than this 100% cotton one. So I will pick slippery fibers from now on.

Very cool look…the light jeans work so well.

Thanks
— I’m quite happy I went for this quite unusual wash.

I know shredding is nothing new but your t-shirt is brilliant. You’ve inspired me to shred an old t-shirt.

Thank you! Waiting to see your version, Lucinda, your DIY:s are brilliant!
I realized during shredding that it is possible to affect to the shape of the garment a bit during shredding. The other side of the back panel is unraveled more completely — and that gives some nice asymmetry to the garment. And the narrow unshred panel in front keeps the front piece shorter and gives slightly draped look to it.
The other shirt I shred is white and the back and front are unraveled 100%. It gives really fun shapes and textures when twisted around the body. I should photograph that too, with super simple separates.
