Yep, I cropped the darn Acne dress. And cut the neck opening to better shape — actually like the dress lot more now when all the edges are raw. Now it is below the knee length and agreeing so much better with the rest of my wardrobe. I’m layering it with gigantic Weekday shirts (the beige mesh one, and nude square T), leggings (this pair H&M) and my own knits (the gray cape and see-thru mohair one). Comfy! But they predict snow next week… …guess I have to start to cover my legs…

Ugh, you’re like the layering master! Really you inspire me so much with the way you dress, and the pictures you take go so well with the visual atmoshpere of your clothing!

been thinking about doing the same, but going a tad shorter. i am not a maxi girl, nor am i really a skirt girl, but a dress girl, yes. thanks for reassuring me, yours looks great on you – although i really liked it on you long, as well.

Fantastic! I have to agree with Virpi, you’ve mastered the art of layering. Esp. love the 4th shot down, with everything thrown together. Not something I would have thought of but it looks fabulous.

Tykkään näistä asuista siis niin paljon!
Itse en varmaan olisi uskaltanut leikata mekon helmaa, jos sellaisen omistaisin, mutta olet oikeassa: lyhyempi helma toimii näiden muiden asun osasten kanssa todella hyvin.
Viitoskuvassa viehättää, miten teepparin alta esiin pistävät mekon raidalliset osat menevät melkein joka kohdassa eri suuntaan. Ja värimaailma näissä on niin julmetun kaunis. Niin kuin myös nuo Tophopin kengät, ja tuo mohairneuleesi…
Entäs nuo leggingsit sitten! Ovatko ne meshiä? Näyttävät jotenkin revityn näköisiltä, kuvittelenko vain? Vieläkö noita jostain mahtaisi saada, vai ovatko kovinkin vanhat?

Vimps, leggingsit ovat meshiä — ja niissä on todella hauska, hieman rypytetty pintastruktuuri, josta tulee tuo epätasainen vaikutelma. Nämä ovat viime vuoden H&M Divided erikoismallistosta — joka oli kyllä aika mainio kaikkiaan.
