The door in my wardrobe*

*the door not actually being there was a disappointment - but at least I was allowed to play with the clothes

//// All things shiny…

I found this little mesh shirt with most awesome assortment of blush and pale gold sequins from local charity shop for couple of euros.

Sometimes my brain just does not wrap around the possible reasons why anyone would like to part some of the items I find as second hand. But on the other hand — I’m glad they do.

And… …I was really about to do something exciting with this but end up just wearing it with ancient Acne husband jeans and Carin Wester wedges… …just to record that amazing amount of girly bling…

    I was just today having the very same thought about the things others get rid of! And then I feel guilty that I never part with anything so amazing myself — but I do take things to a consignment shop sometimes, and they get bought, so I guess others feel the same about what I do manage to part with. Then there are the times when one finds something so utterly utterly dreadful, that it is truly amazing that someone not only came up with such a design, but that it got all the way through prooduction, and being marketed, and being bought new, to end up in one’s flabbergasted hands in the second-hand shops. Isn’t it wonderful fun!
