// More from Josefin Strid

Oh, how haven’t I heard about her before! This woman has some seriously genious pieces in her collection. I love these accessories!

zipper collarthe vest

Zipper collar, leather sleeves & leather harness vest from Josefin Strid, black dress from Diana Orving, printed dress from Acne, all images via Looklet. There are some Josefin Strid pieces sold at Kotyr, but they seem to be from previous collection. The asymmetric blouse, two tone tights and some of the dresses are quite desirable from there…

I’m using these rather lame Looklet images just because they give so clear idea about these items. Again, click for images for back and detail view.

I would not even have noticed that genious vest from Josefin Strid website images, they are so small (but yes, it is there…).

// Zipper insaneness

Oh my god, the zipper-diy-blogger in me just passed out.

Now I’m really going to faint. Pass me the smelling salt, please!

Now when I have my consciousness back I’m adding couple of images. I had absolutely no clue about Josefin Strid before this very day. I had, erm, a Looklet spree (no I was not killing time, that app is really heaps of fun and very useful too, found Lick My Label via it and now wonderful Josefin) — and there are several great pieces from her in the selection.

This shirt with ribbon detail is just awesome! And what do you think about her “maxi dress”? If I had the body I would not think twice about getting one…

// The simplest DIY idea ever

How great this little remake is? Just a pair of pantyhose with hole in a crotch (ouch, I might get some interesting search engine traffic for that) and shortened legs — or should I say sleeves? Punched and unraveled to desired state of destruction. A perfect piece for layering. Plus can you imagine all the possibilities with fishnets, colored tights, embellished tights…

Via Looklet, a great interwebs app found via Susie Bubble — see what you can do with it. I haven’t been this amused by my computer since my first encounter to SimCity. The best part — you can vin a pair of YSL cage shoes just by playing with it!

Oh, I found there another great piece that I really covet. Unfortunately this is not as simple to DIY, possible though.

A beautiful laced suede vest by Lick My Label. Now I feel that my wardrobe is not complete without it…
